THE CLIENT AGREES TO
THE FOLLOWING
✦ Age Requirement: Clients must be 18 years or older to request a commission.
✦ Single Use License: Prices are for single-use commissions only. The artwork may not be reproduced or used for monetary gain. Industry/commercial partners must request a custom quote and contract before any project can be initiated.
✦ Right to Decline: I reserve the right to decline any commission request.
✦ Communication: All commission-related communication will be conducted via email, or other messaging platforms, based on the client's preference.
✦ Confirmation Deadline: Clients must confirm their commission within 1-7 business days. If no confirmation is received within this time frame, the commission request will be removed.
✦ Copyright: All completed artwork remains the copyright of Rott-Rott LLC. The artwork may be used for promotional purposes, including advertisements, merchandise, and gallery exhibitions.
✦ Public Posting: The artist will only post the artwork publicly with a logo watermark. The client is permitted to repost the artwork, provided proper credit is given.
✦ Rescheduling: In the event of an emergency, any changes to the commission schedule will be communicated promptly.
PAYMENT & REFUNDS
✦ Online Payments: Payments are made through PayPal for all online transactions.
✦ Local Payments: Local clients may pay in person using check or cash.
✦ Payment Deadline: Clients must pay for their commission as agreed upon by artist and client needs. If payment is not received by the agreed-upon completion date, work on the commission will be paused until payment is made.
✦ Late Payments: If payment is not made on the scheduled day, the client will be contacted to reschedule. Delayed payments may result in extended wait times.
✦ Cancellation Before Work Begins: If the commission is canceled before work has started, a full refund will be issued, and the commission will be removed from the queue.
✦ Cancellation After Work Has Started: If the commission is canceled after work has begun, only a partial refund will be given to cover time and labor already spent. Any completed artwork will be provided to the client.
COMMISSION SUBJECT REFERENCE
✦ Content Restrictions: I do not accept adult-themed commissions or anything with satanic implications. I am a Safe For Work (SFW) artist and will only create PG-13 content.
✦ Clothing: If the commission requires it, the artwork will include appropriate clothing.
✦ Artistic Interpretation: Please note that you are commissioning my artistic vision. While I will follow your instructions, I may adjust the color tones and overall style of the piece to align with my creative approach.
HOW TO COMMISSION ME
Commissions are accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis via my commission form. Once a request is received, I'll email the earliest available completion date. It's important to respond promptly through email, Telegram, or Discord; failure to respond to an opened commission form will result in the client's request to be delayted/deleted. The artist will be sure to reach out before removing them from the inbox.
Clients are encouraged to provide a quick communication method for WIPs* (work in progress) to ensure timely progress.
Final files will be sent via a third-party (cloud based link) directly or to the email the client has provided. Clients will receive the full-resolution file, a smaller version for social media, and a watermark-protected image for online sharing.
